Price includes: one Tim Holtz 12" design ruler. This ruler features a grid on a clear ruler that makes measuring easier. On one side there is a metal strip so that you can use a blade or craft knife to cut without cutting into your ruler and there are evenly spaced holes for piercing your project easily.
